As the new teaching assistant, it will be up to you to work with pupils across the primary range who suffer with speech and language difficulties. You will work with these pupils, 1:1 and in group settings to help them overcome their barriers to learning, making sure no pupil is left behind. You will also be required to give pupils from a wide range of backgrounds booster sessions and give them the help they need to do the best they can do!

To be successful in applying for this role as Primary Teaching Assistant you must have the following qualities.
- A Linguistics based Degree - 2.1 or above
- Passion for Working in a Primary School
- The Desire to become a Teacher or a Speech and Language Therapist
