Job description

Our client, Southend council is looking for 3x Adults Social Workers to join their Mental Health team.

The successful candidates will gain experience in varied and challenging Adult Social Care within the Mental Health Team, seconded from Southend Borough Council to EPUT.

Within this position, hybrid working opportunities are available, however a flexible approach is required as you will be required to be on site and travel around the borough, as and when needed.

The RWT has a passion for ensuring quality social work practice and working with partners to make sure commissioned services are safe, fit for purpose and lead on safeguarding enquires to support people to live lives free from harm. The successful candidate will work as part of multi-disciplinary team to support people to live full lives whilst managing a case load.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
