Solihull, Assistant Team Manager, Fostering

If you have experience within a fostering team as an Assistant Team Manager or Senior Practitioner, this could be your dream job!

An assistant team manager is required within the fostering service at Solihull MBC.

The role will involve supporting the team manager to allocate and manage work within the team, supervision of staff and management of the team's duty system

Essential requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
• Registration with Social Work England with ASYE complete
• Social Work management experience
• Fostering experience
• Car driver
