Job Purpose

We are looking for a Team Manager who has extensive experience working in an assessment team and in a management position. You will be leading a team of 6-8 staff in supporting around 100 children at a time from initial referral through to CP Conference or case transfer. We are looking for someone who is child focused and able to identify and cultivate good practice in the team.
