This is a full time role is for a post-adoption Social Worker.

Our client requires a Social Worker with direct experience in adoption to be able to provide post adoption support ranging from direct support to children and their families, completion of assessments of support needs and provide information advice and guidance around the post adoption needs.

Additional therapeutic counselling skills would be highly desirable

The worker will be expected to participate in the duty rota system dealing with any queries relating to adoption, not just the post adoption element of the role.
