Job description

Our client, Sheffield City Council is looking for a Team Manager to join their Adults Team.

Vacancy in Locality team based at Crystal Peaks Office.

Require to support staff within the area of responsibility to translate strategic vision into operational delivery of high quality adult social care.

To ensure service improvement based on full involvement of customers, carers and staff in the locality.

To ensure strong people management within your team, supporting leadership, development, innovation and learning at all levels.

Appreciate to be Liquid Logic trained if not then training will be provided.

Currently the staff are mobile working with occasional day in office.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
