Qualified Social Worker, Children with Disabiltiies

If you are a Qualified Social Worker with a background working with Children in Need, we want to hear from you.

You will be building effective relationship with the Child in question, to ensure a fully integrated and holistic approach.

Main duties include:

• Thoroughly assess, critically analyse, plan and implement suitable interventions for children and young people subject to, or at risk of contextual safeguarding and exploitation, whilst effectively managing risk at all time and seeking support from senior team members when required.
• Produce concise, well-structured assessments, plans and reports, clearly recording and reporting analysis and judgements and ensuring all recommendations are followed.
• Where cases are to be transferred to another service or partners, ensure there is a clearly recorded transfer plan.

Essential requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
• Registration with Social Work England
• ASYE complete
• Experience with Children in Need
