Our client, a popular Local Authority in North London, is looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their Hospital Discharge team.

The role will be to cover maternity leave for up to 1 year to cover the Permanent Seniors post.

The Post holder will be required to have 6 years post qualifying experience and have had some experience of working in a hospital or intermediate care setting.

The Practitioner should also have at least 2 years of supervising staff in a hospital setting.
