This is an experienced Senior Practitioner role within a Learning Disabilities team.

The successful candidate will have responsibilities for holding a number of complex cases, safeguarding, assessment, management of risks and legal cases.

You will be expected to provide casework supervisions to other team members around their allocated cases. You will be a part of the management team and be expected to act in the role of single point of access manager deputising for the functional team managers when required.

You will work with families, carers and communities to help them make informed decisions about their life, enabling them to clarify and express their needs and contribute to service planning.

You will demonstrate knowledge and experience in the specialist field of learning disabilities, with a track record of Contributing to the development of practice and policy in the specialist field.
