Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to work within Southwark Councils Reablement Team.

Job Purpose

• To provide a supervisory and oversight service to Occupational Therapist, social workers, Physiotherapist and non qualified staff through provision of management, professional expertise, skills and advice to ensure high quality services are delivered within adult services.
• To provide a service that gives the people of Southwark and intensive assessment period in order to evaluate their needs and provide for future support.
• To support Team Manager in service development, safeguarding, professional supervision, and other management responsibilities. Responsible for setting the standards and supervising the work of qualified staff and unqualified staff. To cover day to day management of the team if required.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
