Our lovely SEN School within the London Borough of Lambeth are offering a brilliant opportunity for the right SENCO to join their school on a long term to permanent immediately!

This is a popular school based in the vibrant borough of Lambeth are now looking to appoint a highly inspirational SENCO to join their wonderful team of staff.

The successful candidate will;

• Have an excellent knowledge of SEND
• Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff and parents
• Be able to contribute to and implement strategic plans for the provision of pupils with EHCP's
• Have good behaviour and communication skills

The ideal candidate needs to be able to manage adult therapy and multi-disciplinary services lead a team and manage transitions.

• Based in our SEN school in Lambeth

The successful candidate will develop the specialist provision for students with identified SEND, support teachers to differentiate their lessons and ensure that the legal and statutory requirements are met for students with AEN. You will hold (or be working towards the completion of) the National Award for SENCO and have a detailed working knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice and experience of delivery within this framework. This would suit an experienced SEN teacher looking for their first management role.
