SEN Teaching Assistant (Autism) - Wandsworth

Are you a Special Needs Teaching Assistant that is currently looking for work? Have you previously worked inside an SEN school for at least 1 year? Will you be able to work with young students that have Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

The Role - Special Needs Teaching Assistant

This Special Needs Teaching Assistant role will consist of you working 1:1 with young students that have Special Educational Needs (SEN). These students will all have different individual needs so you will have to differ every session as a result of this. In order to be a successful candidate for this Special Needs Teaching Assistant role, you must have at least 1 year of experience working in an SEN school.

The School - Special Needs Teaching Assistant

This school aims to work creatively to ensure every pupil thrives and remains highly visible in the local community. It is located in Lewisham and is also very easy to access if you were to arrive via public transport. Around 200 students attend this SEN school and after its latest inspection in 2019, Ofsted awarded this SEN school a 'good' school rating.

The role is starting immediately supporting teenagers and young people. The role is starting immediately mon-fri 8:30-3:30.
