SEN Teaching Assistant

We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Milton Keynes supporting children with autism and severe learning disabilities.

Role Responsibilities

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support children with Special Educational Needs in their learning, social, and emotional development.
  • Assist with care and daily activities, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported.
  • Contribute to the health, wellbeing, and positive atmosphere of the classroom.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create inclusive learning experiences.

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN or a Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
  • A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.
  • The motivation to see others succeed and the resilience to overcome daily challenges.
