Role Responsibilities
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children with Special Educational Needs in their learning, social, and emotional development.
- Assist with care and daily activities, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported.
- Contribute to the health, wellbeing, and positive atmosphere of the classroom.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create inclusive learning experiences.
Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN or a Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
- A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.
- The motivation to see others succeed and the resilience to overcome daily challenges.
- High expectations for yourself and those around you.
- A positive attitude, sense of humour, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
