SEN Teacher - Redbridge

£200-£250 per day

We are working closely with a supportive and well-established SEN school in Redbridge who are looking to appoint a committed and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team.

This role would suit a teacher who is confident supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and who is passionate about creating a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment.

The role:

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of pupils with SEN

• Support pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and SEN support staff

• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly

• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment

The ideal candidate:

• Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)

• Has experience teaching pupils with SEN in a UK school setting

• Demonstrates strong behaviour management and differentiation skills

• Is patient, resilient, and committed to pupil development
