SEN Teacher - Barking and Dagenham

£200-£250 per day

A specialist school in Barking and Dagenham is seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to support pupils with additional needs in a structured and nurturing setting.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working closely with small groups and making a genuine difference to pupils who require tailored learning approaches.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated lessons aligned to EHCP targets

• Support pupils with complex needs, including ASD and SEMH

• Build strong relationships to promote engagement and emotional regulation

• Work alongside therapists, support staff, and senior leaders

• Track progress and contribute to reviews and planning meetings

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification

• Has previous SEN teaching experience in the UK

• Is adaptable, proactive, and confident managing behaviour

• Has a strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices
