Requirements for an SEN Teacher:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience with ASD and Complex Needs.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with students with additional needs.
- Creative teaching approaches - utilising innovative techniques to engage students and foster their personal and academic growth.
- Collaborative nature, and the ability to work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills, with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to education.
