SEN Teacher Specialising in Autism

Location: Finchley

Are you a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism? We are seeking an experienced teacher with a deep understanding of autism and related communication and sensory needs to join our specialist team.

This role involves creating and delivering tailored learning programs for children with complex needs, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development in a supportive and nurturing environment. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to provide a holistic approach to each child's education.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience working with children with autism and other SEN
- Strong understanding of autism-specific strategies, including TEACCH, PECS, and sensory integration
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
