Outreach Teacher - Colchester - May 2021 start - SEN experience

Remedy is currently working with a range of students including looked after children, students with SEN and those out of mainstream education. We are looking to provide the Borough with outstanding Outreach Teachers to assist with additional tuition. Do you have what it takes to be a part of some of the amazing work we do?

We are currently recruiting for experienced teachers who are available either during school hours or after school to provide extra tuition with core subjects. We need strong teachers to support the learning and development of students based across the London Borough of Colchester.

The ideal Outreach Teacher will have the following qualities:

• QTS
• Creative and passionate teaching style to engage with challenging pupils
• Experience with SEN, working with challenging behaviour
• Excellent written communication
• Understanding working with vulnerable young people in the care system
• Enhanced updated DBS (or obtain one through us)
