Remedy Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly and supportive school in Brentwood.

About the Role:

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language difficulties).

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.

• Help create a positive learning environment that supports each pupil's development and well-being.

• Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.

• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure every child can reach their full potential.

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting.

• Is patient, nurturing, and passionate about inclusive education.

• Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Holds an enhanced DBS (or is willing to apply for one).

• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
