SEN Learning Support Assistant - Tower Hamlets
Location: Tower Hamlets
Pay: £95-£115 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, long-term role

We are looking for a committed and proactive SEN Learning Support Assistant to join schools in Tower Hamlets. This role is a great opportunity to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a variety of SEN.

• Assist teachers in delivering tailored and inclusive lessons.

• Support with behaviour management and promote positive engagement in learning.

• Help create a safe, nurturing and supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience of supporting children with SEN is highly desirable.

• A patient, flexible and enthusiastic approach.

• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Willingness to support across different age groups and school settings.
