Job description

SEN Classroom Support Workers - Enfield, North London - September 2020

Remedy are looking for a number of SEN Classroom Support Workers to work within our PMLD, ASD SEN School based in North London.

You will be a support / care worker for the SEN students within the school. We are looking for people who come from a care background and have experience supporting young people within a range of needs including challenging behaviour.

The role itself will be supporting students with care and their education within a classroom setting, you will work 1:1 as well as in small groups with children and other support staff.

  • Supporting the delivery of all lessons and helping to engage students
  • Liaise with teachers and support staff to develop education plans
  • Building and maintaining student relationships
  • Delivering 1 to 1 intervention

This is a full time role starting ASAP, the role is long term ongoing with trial days starting ASAP.

You must hold a current DBS to be accepted for this role
