SEN Classroom Assistant - Newham

Remedy Education are currently looking for a SEN classroom assistant to provide classroom support within an SEN school. The SEN school has students ranging from mild-severe with most being non-verbal and all have ASD (autism) whilst others have difficulties communicating and/or understanding and in need of extra support for basic curriculum.

Due to the nature of the role; experience of Makaton, PECS or Phonics would be excellent.

Students often require some personal care (toileting, dressing, feeding) - so if this is something you are comfortable with this would be preferred.

For the successful candidate this role is full-time 8:30 - 3:30, and starting September with the potential to go permanent, will pay you around £100 per day, trials taking place immediately so APPLY NOW!
