SEMH/EBD Teaching Assistant for students with challenging behaviour - Essex/Redbridge

Remedy Education are currently recruiting candidates for a SEMH school on the border North East London and Essex. The school is for students with SEMH issues - so students that quite often show difficult behaviour, lack of motivation and come from difficult uprbringings. The school has Early Years, Primary, Secondary and SEN students.

The ideal candidate to work with these students would be strong, experienced and stern. They should have a friendly and be approachable, but also the ability to discipline where need be, aswell as a background/knowledge in ASD/ADHD etc.

A degree would also be preferrable, particularly in Psychology, Criminology or something similar. Though a degree is not essential.

The role would start off short-term, but would go long term for the right candidate with the potential to go permanent, and will be starting immediately.
