Person Specification - Graduate Teaching Assistant
You must be a passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working with children, ideally with some SEN experience, and an impressive academic record including a 2:1 or better in your degree. This post requires a graduate who has the skills to provide the pupils at the school with a strong role model for exemplary moral and academic behaviour. You will be a graduate who can demonstrate the necessary ambition to go on and complete your teacher training.

You will be benefiting from the advice of you assigned mentor, who is also an accomplished Class Teacher and helping pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
