Person Specification - Graduate Teaching Assistant
You must be a passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working with children, ideally with some SEN experience, and an impressive academic record including a 2:1 or better in your degree. This post requires a graduate who has the skills to provide the pupils at the school with a strong role model for exemplary moral and academic behaviour. You will be a graduate who can demonstrate the necessary ambition to go on and complete your teacher training.
