Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, providing targeted support to students across various subjects.
Individualised Learning: Work closely with students who require additional help, offering one-on-one support and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
Behaviour Management: Help maintain a positive classroom environment, managing behaviour in line with school policies and fostering a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.
Resource Preparation: Assist in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources, ensuring that lessons run smoothly and efficiently.
Student Welfare: Support the social and emotional well-being of students, acting as a mentor and providing guidance as needed

Hours Monday Friday 08:30am 4pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Level 2 or 3 Qualification
Teaching Assistant qualification or higher/equivalent.
Previous experience working in a UK school.
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as some training is provided).
