Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant looking to find an exciting full-time SEN based Teaching Assistant role supporting students with complex learning difficulties?

An inclusive, forward-thinking and supportive secondary school located in the Lambeth area is eager to add fantastic qualified teaching assistant's to their fantastic SEN department in full-time roles until the end of the academic year.

In this role as a Qualified Secondary Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will be conducting 1:1 & small group Education Health Care Plan tailored support for KS3 & KS4 students with learning difficulties.

Qualified Secondary Teaching Assistant - Role Information:

  • Providing dedicated 1:1 & small group SEN support to KS3 & KS4 students
  • Conducting EHCP tailored sessions for students throughout school day
  • Working with students that have Autism, SEMH, PMLD and SLCN
  • Monday to Friday role from January 2026 to July 2026
  • Paid £100 - £115 per day during term time only
  • Working hours: 08.30am to 3.30pm

Qualified Secondary Teaching Assistant - Applicant Requirements:

  • Level 1, 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications needed
  • Prior experience supporting children with SEN
  • Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
  • Dedicated to the all-round progression of students
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
