Person Specification - Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant
This Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant position would suit a success-driven and eager Psychology graduate who has an upper second class degree at the very least and has the drive to show their passion for working in education. You will have a nurturing side to your character which will ensure that each and every child is given unrivaled pastoral support.

About this Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant
This Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant position predominately involves supporting pupils within Key Stage 3 (Years 7 and 8). Based in the SEN department and mentored by a fantastic SENCO with a wealth of expertise and knowledge, you will work with a variety of students that have learning difficulties including Autism, ADHD and Speech and Language. If you have any previous experience whether voluntary or paid working with SEN pupils please state this on your covering letter and CV. The school are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who will commit to the school for the rest of the academic year and possibly the year after.
