• Previous caretaking, maintenance or site management experience
• Ability to carry out basic repairs, maintenance, and security tasks

• An Enhanced DBS Certificate (we can support you in obtaining this)
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and codes of practice in relation to facilities management
• GCSE's in Maths and English
