Job description

We are pleased to be working with a lovely SEN School based in Lewisham who has an urgent requirement for am experienced School Administrator to join them on an immediate basis.

Hours of work: 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday

Pay rate: £15 - £16 per hour

Ongoing Temporary, Long term

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in school administration or education is desirable
    • Experience with SIMS (School Information Management System) is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a school environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome parents, students, and visitors with a friendly and helpful approach.
  • Maintain accurate student records and attendance.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth school operations.
  • Provide efficient administrative assistance to the school office.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about organisation and committed to supporting the school's mission.
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to work well within a team.
  • Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students, parents, and visitors.
