This role is for a Social worker carrying out care act assessments and write up assessments and support plans for people with physical and mental disabilities.

The successful candidate must be able to work in the community setting in the multidisciplinary team. You will need to have excellent communication skills and must be IT literate.

Our client also needs someone who is BIA trained. You must be able to carry out Best Interest Assessments.

You should also have a working knowledge of the pan-London Protecting Adults at Risk (Safeguarding) policy and procedures and safeguarding.
