| Team Name: SW CLA Team 2 Team Location: Guildford St Francis Centre Team Description/Dynamic: Looked after Children's Team case holding children with statutory needs Case Load: approx. 15-18 children Please list 5 essential requirements for the role: 1. Social Work qualification 2. Ability to carry out high quality direct work with all age children and record it 3. Good time management and planning skills 4. Good report writing which incorporates the child and uses child friendly language, avoiding jargon 5. Ability to support colleagues in the Team, sharing learning, covering duty days, and willingness to develop Any Essential Training required: Social Work Qualification When will the interviews be held: as needed Working from Home Policy: The Team currently work from home full time, but the expectation will be that people return to the office once gov agreement in place. Working from home will remain an option, but how often is yet to be defined. Is Equipment Provided(eg. Laptop)?
