• Experience of dealing with complex caseload
• Experience of dealing with Safeguarding cases in line with Safeguarding policies and procedures
• Experience of working on Community DoLS caseload
• Experience of managing duty in the team
• Enhanced understandings of MCA, Best interests and Care Act
