Qualified Social Worker - Cambridgeshire County Council - Adults Learning Disability Team - Up to £37ph!

• Working within a community multidisciplinary Health and Social Care Learning Disability Team.
• Experience of working with people who have an LD is desirable.
• Social Worker will be required to complete Care Act assessments and appropriate care and support plans, MCAs, Community DoLS applications and Duty. Experience of safeguarding enquires is also beneficial.
• Will need to work within the MDT framework, which will require co-working for some cases.
