Qualified Social Worker - Wirral Community NHS Trust - Integrated Community Team - Up to £32ph!

• The social workers must have a good knowledge of complex work, risk assessments and undertake s42 enquiries as required.
• They must have a sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act.
• They need to have a good understanding of integration
• Be able to undertake duty function as required.
• They will be required to pick up cases which require reallocating.
