Hospital Discharge Team

North London Local Authority, looking for Qualified Social Workers to join their new Discharge and Assessment Team. This role requires Social Workers with a strong hospital background, but who are also looking to do short term community work.

Requirements for this role:

• Qualification within Social Care
• Registered with the HCPC
• Completed ASYE if qualified post 2012
• Minimum of 2 years post qualified experiences within a hospital setting.

This vacancy will initially be for 3 months, with opportunity for extension thereafter.
