Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Qualified Social Worker for a Fostering and Adoption Team in South East London.

Job Purpose

To provide an efficient and cost effective social work service to children, young people and their families, ensuring that the needs of the children and their parents/carers are professionally assessed.

To recruit, assess and support prospective adopters to ensure that the care that they provide meets the needs of the individual child.

To gather, investigate, evaluate and analyse all necessary information on assigned cases, demonstrating clarity of assessment, reliability of information, evidenced, conclusions and realistic action plans.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
