Hourly Umbrella Pay Rate: £38ph to the candidate

Working hours per week(are paid hours capped?): 36

Expected Assignment Duration: 6 months

Case Load(if Childrens role can you please confirm if the caseload is Children or Familys): 20 children

Working from home policy(can you please confirm the current WFH policy and also if you think this will change in the next 6-9 months):

Hybrid model - mainly based at home, but in the office when on duty - 3 days per month. Face to face visiting of families in the community. Meetings via Teams

Working hours(a lot of candidates are asking to work full time hours over condensed days for example full time hours over 4 days, is this something you would consider?): would consider but not preferred

Location of assignment(if working from home this isnt required): office base is Barking Town Hall

Is equipment provided(eg. Laptop)? If yes does equipment have to be collected or can it be posted to the successful candidate?

Laptop, phone, keyboard, mouse - can be posted if necessary,. But we like candidates to collect if possible so they get to meet their manager face to face at the start of their assignment. It helps them to feel they belong to the team.
