Qualified Social Worker - Children with Disabilities Team (CWD) - Derbyshire County Council - Up to £32ph!

If you have recent experience working with Children with Disabilities, this could be your perfect role.

You will be familiar with statutory processes in relation to Children with Disabilities and will be working across the borough.

Main duties include:

  • Provide a service to children with disabilities and their families
  • Undertake home visits to gather information to establish any safeguarding concerns - initial child /family needs assessments
  • Work within the Courts, taking statutory action when necessary to protect a child
  • Duty rota cover - front line social work

Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Experience working with Children with Disabilities
