Our client is looking for a Social Worker for their Children with Disabilities team. This team operates across the full spectrum of social work interventions this includes Child Protection, Children in Need, Looked after Children and transitions.

To be successful for this role you must have strong experience with care packages, assessments, strong experience of writing assessments and disabilities.
