Qualified Social Worker - C&F

This is an exciting time to join a local authority as we transform our services and working models. Working to a whole family approach within the context of a multi-agency team, as a social worker you will lead on the safeguarding aspects of the work. If you have the flexibility to be creative in your work with families, so that change is achieved in a way that meets individual family needs, we want to hear from you.

We want social workers with experience of Child In Need, Child Protection and Court processes. Social workers who are able to show initiative, leadership and help to develop our services to achieve our mission, for an outstanding service for Children and Families. This will be with the full support of our Senior Leadership Team. You will have a social work qualification with at least two year's post-qualifying experience in a statutory social work role and be able to meet the requirements of the social work regulator.
