My client at the London Borough of Newham is currently recruiting for a number of Qualified Social Worker to join their Assessment and Care Management Teams. The purpose of this role is to carry out assessment, support planning, long term support arrangements, and review for customer in the community with complex needs.

Requirements for the Role

• Post Graduate Diploma within Social Care
• Registered with the HCPC
• Completed your ASYE
• Experience working within Assessment and Care Management Team.

This vacancy will initially be for 3 months, with opportunity for extension after.
