Qualified Social Worker, Adult Safeguarding, Northwest London, up to £32ph

If you are a Qualified Social Worker with a background in Adult Safeguarding, we want to hear from you.

As a Qualified Social Work in Adult Safeguarding you will work with a well established team alongside excellent management.

Main duties include:

  • To carry out needs led assessments of adults within the guidelines of Community Care Act
  • To care manage straight forward and complex cases including Safeguarding Adults. Co-ordinating and reviewing multi-service care packages.
  • To support the unit in meeting individual/Unit performance targets and actively contributes to its continuous improvement
  • Capable of handling and maintaining a case load of complex cases, including safeguarding
  • To identify appropriate services to meet appropriate need, and negotiate contracts with providers

Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • ASYE complete
  • Experience in Adult Safeguarding
