Job Purpose

• Care Act 2014 assessments
• Support Planning
• Safeguarding Section 42 Enquires
• Court of Protection work
• Risk Assessment
• Complex case management.
• Placement Review including out of borough clients.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
