Job description

Qualified Social Worker, Adult Community, South West London, up to £28-£30ph

If you are a Qualified Social Worker with substantial experience working within the Adult Community, Please feel free to get in touch.

Main duties include:

  • Carry out annual reviews, health and safety checks and support and monitoring visits for Shared Lives carers
  • Provide a service to adults with physical, learning or sensory disabilities and their careers
  • Working with individuals, and/or their families and multi disciplinary colleagues, providing practical assistance, advice and information
  • Working with community supports and liaison with other agencies, seeking the help of other professionals as necessary.

Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • ASYE completed
  • Experience in the Adult community
