We are looking for a Senior Social Worker. The role will be in the Advice and Wellbeing Hub.

We take all the new referrals for Adult Social Care. Our criteria is 18 upwards and is for people with disabilities and older people.

We support a lot of individuals with very complex needs - drug and alcohol issues, homelessness, Mental health problems (that do not fit into the MH team criteria), do not engage but at high risk.

We are looking for a worker who can:
Work at a fast pace
Safeguarding experience
Mental capacity experience
Work with individuals who do not engage but are at high risk
Be part of the duty rota and support staff with making decisions regarding new referrals
Able to undertake urgent visits
Joint work cases with other workers in the team if they need SW input.
Excellent skills with communication and report writing.
