Qualified Social Worker, Children and Families, up to £34

If you are a Qualified Social Worker with a background working with Children in Need, we want to hear from you.

You will be building effective relationship with the Child in question, to ensure a ful\ly integrated and holistic approach.

Main duties include:

  • To manage the provision of a consistent, timely, quality and cost effective social work and safeguarding service to children and families, in accordance with the legislative and regulatory framework.

  • Responsible for ensuring social workers understand the full legal, regulatory, procedural and performance framework within which they operate and are accountable for their work within it.

  • To directly manage, develop and support Social Workers and their practice.

Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • ASYE complete
  • Experience with Children in Need
