We are currently searching for a Psychology Graduates in an 'Good' Rated School by OFSTED.

The successful applicant for this post will be a Psychology Graduate and as a result will have a good theoretical understanding of special educational needs. You must also be a confident and a resilient teaching assistant who holds a genuine desire to help young people with SEN achieve.

The school boasts an impressive building featuring state of the art facilities to ensure all pupils and their needs are met to the highest standard. The school has recently moved into this building so the pupils are supported by modern technology and equipment.

The needs of these pupils include diagnosis of MLD, ASC and PMLD. As a result, these pupils have a wide variety of staff supporting them including Teachers, Teachings Assistants, therapists, Support Workers, and other specialist support.

The ideal Psychology Graduate Assistant to support these pupils would therefore:

  • Have a Psychology Degree
  • Have a proactive nature and be able to work independently
  • A committed nature
  • Be friendly and positive

The school is based in the Lambeth area and is easy to get to via car, bus, and train.

The application process requires two recent and care/education-based references or evidence of other experience.

You additionally will either have a DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to get one.
