PRU Teaching Assistant

This Pupil Referral Unit is looking for someone to join their school as a PRU Teaching Assistant. For this role you will be required to support a small group of students in and out of the classroom, this could be with the core subjects, vocational subjects or just around the school and with daily life. All the students you will be supporting will show extreme challenging behaviour. The ideal PRU Teaching Assistant will need to have worked in a similar setting and not be phased by anything.

Pupil Referral Unit

This Pupil Referral Unit is located in the borough of Greenwich and caters for students aged between 4-11 years who have been removed from a mainstream school due to gang related issues, behaviour and attendance. They currently have 50 students who attend and in their last Ofsted the school was reviewed as 'Good' in all areas.
