Job description

The initial functions of the help desk will include:

  • being the focal point for requests for repairs and new works for our customers,
  • provision of a focal point for both Statutory and General planned maintenance,
  • incorporation of the asbestos register with the assets and highlight the need for the of issue permits to work for specific locations / assets
  • the provision of regular operation reports and dashboards noting progress, financial spend and any issues of concern based on a RAG system
  • identify the progress of works and our compliance with statutory responsibilities identifying any discrepancies
  • provision of the CAFM as a basis for the long-term maintenance plan,
  • provision of the ability to ensure contractor insurances, certification and associate risk assessments are up to date and are available to line management
  • provision of the functionality for ordering, programming and reporting on progress of works and will used to control and report the budgetary aspects of the works being undertaken
