Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Programme Manager to work within Thurrock Council.

Job Purpose

To ensure we achieve our goals we are looking for a highly motivated Programme Manager to help us continue to develop a diverse curriculum offer that meets the needs of the people of Thurrock and enables. Vocational education and training courses account for approximately 25% of our ESFA-funded Adult Skills courses on offer to local residents. You should be learner focused in your approach, demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for adult learning and welcome the opportunity to contribute to the college's mission which is to make a positive difference to local people and their communities. You will need to be: an outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practitioner; be able to manage and develop a designated portfolio of vocational and community learning courses, ensuring that each and every learner is able to reach their full potential; be ambitious, focused and work collaboratively with others for continuous improvement in order to contribute to our journey to be outstanding; to inspire, motivate and line manage a team of course tutors, making sure that planning, delivery and monitoring of teaching, learning and assessment takes place to the highest standards for our learners.

You will need to be:
